I live in ijesaha when rain falls heavily water do come out from d ground thereby making me uncomfortable. I deceided to look for a room self contained but d amount is on d high side 340k 2yrs with agent n agreement fee also caution fee. I don't ve such cash now though I ve somewher I can get 100k, d issue is dat d year is very fresh to start living in debt . And I need to go back to sch for PGD very soon. On my own I can afford a year n six months bearing in mind that I will spend money on other things like wiring, painting n construction of somethings. My rentage will expire by end of jan which is 72k. So I don't know what to do. I need ur candid advise.
