I recently took two courses from this Australian Open online university and the good thing about this is that it's free and they give you a certificate on completion of this courses.

Mind you.. Internet access is very important as they expect you to spend at least 6 to 8 hours every week attending online classes and watching your course facilitator make his or her presentation..
