I was already walking the isle, done introduction, collected list, fixed date for TM and wedding when I found out about my ex anger issues.

Saw an episode of a crime show (shut up Coogar) where the wife threw their baby down a flight of stairs just because she was mad at her husband. Her Psychologist said she wasn't trying to hurt the child but because her anger overrides any form of control she has, she threw the thing closest to her and it just happened to be their 16 month old....Poor child is now brain damaged.

Ok. And every morning he must also make it his duty to pry open her lips to make sure she takes the drugs abi. Most of those drugs are temporary relief and not cures. They mostly leave the person in a kind of sleepy or over calm state. The time she stops taking those drugs OP's life will be in grave danger. If he has kids with her and leaves her, OP will never have peace or safety in his life. One of them will end up either severely injured/dead while the other in jail. We all know who will be where

Before you married her, nobody hear una voice. Bros, settle the gbege in your home prayerfully and peacefully.
You should consult a Clinical Psychologist to identify the root of her anger issues and resolve it.
When you identify the root of a problem, the solution is closer to you. (E get something wey dey pain am wey she never solve. Find out what it is & solve it together. Then ,she will calm down and Manage her anger for good.)
By now you should know what makes your wife turbocharged & what calms her down, keep doing the later.
