Glo stole my 520 naira from a glitch caused by them.

I'm been on bounce since last year and using my bonus MB as I recharge.

Yesterday, I had like 44MB and surfed the net a while. I had 11MB left as at last night. I also had #526 balance.

On waking up today, I checked my balance as usual before I call, to my surprise, I saw #5 as balance.

I called CC and they said I was charged for browsing! What happened to my 11MB? Why wasn't it deducted accordingly from my data balance?
