Chen Tang, 20, had struggled to fit her workload during the day, so together with her roommate Huang Lu, 21, they sought out a solution to combat dozing off at night.

According to Chen it helps her keep a clear mind and focus.‘The preparation is so boring, but the hanging hair practice makes it interesting and I really feel much more energetic studying this way.’
