Dyt: Yimu Don't run, sis. You've said the absolute truth. Fashola is showing a sign of capability because: 1. Lagos has already been developed being the federal capital before Fashola came in. So, any little further touch makes a loud noise. 2. Revenue generated in Lagos alone is more than what some states get as revenue from the federal purse. So, Fashola has a lot of money to play with. 3. Lagos politically is a Yoruba enclave so no political tussle with Hausa, Ibo, Ijaw and other multitude of tribes for its leadership. 4. Religiously, Lagos is balanced and therefore neutral when it comes to Christian/Muslim religious domination. 5. Geographically and in terms of landmass, Lagos state as a whole is smaller than most Local Government Areas in many states hence any little development makes the state pronounced and noticeable. So, because Fashola is performing well in Lagos does not translate to being able to rule Nigeria. Problems and challenges of ruling Nigeria are enormous and I seriously doubt Fashola will be able to handle Nigeria. 6 Likes |

Electing a President Fashola to lead Nigeria in 2015 would prove to the world that the leadership qualities demonstrated on a daily basis by Governor Fashola of Lagos State are being noted by a nation of voters who know a winner when they see one. The unfolding transformation of the Lagos megapolis, the legislative empathy for the rights of the women and children of Lagos State, and the dramatically improving electrical power supply, are but a few of the landmark advances being recorded by history during the Fashola Years, with the best yet to come as a new ultra-modern city-scape materializes from the sea. Governot Fashola of Lagos State is by leaps and bounds the most qualified candidate that could ever vie to occupy Nigeria's federal seat of power. A Senior Advocate of Nigeria barrister of great intellect and renown, who is also a gifted orator that engages audiences with a comfortable ease reminiscent of Bill Clinton or Barac Obama's finer moments, Raji Fashola is the president Nigeria has long sought, and who will live up to, then exceed, the hopes reposed in him when he is entrusted with that sacred mandate, by the Nigerian electorate, in 2015.
