He was asking whether the american National Aeronautics and Space Administration or the uropean European Space Agency would be the first to escape the galaxy.

Then, I said look in the mirror.

Now i will say it will be the Confederation of Akebulan (COA) Transstellar Expeditionary Armada (COATEA). . . which of course hasn't been created yet and that may not be the name of it. . .



One must not forget either China National Space Administration (CNSA)/China Aerospace Science and Technology (Cast) agency. They are now contenders in this game also.
