Educational Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree.

Job Duties
• Lead the sales team to achieve set targets
• Inspire outstanding service to customers
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards
• Formulate and implement marketing plans
• Training and development of team members
• Maintain customer database
• Conduct business analysis

Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and marketing in the Insurance or Financial Service industry, auto industry, etc.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of sales, client relationship management
• Excellent knowledge in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
