Victor Obinna Nsofor, the Nigerian captain at the summer olympics has just been signed by Everton FC of England. His signing means Everton will be playing a Nigerian strike force. This also means all three Nigerian strikers - Yakubu, Anichebe, and Nsofor - have to compete amongst each other for a place in the Everton squad.

Is this a good thing for Nigerian football?

Very good for Nsofor, Although I'd personally like him to remain in the premier league
