Please, which bank can i get loan of #80,000 to #100,000 with intercontinental bank share of 1800 units?

intercontinental, there are the only bank that can verify the certificate and give you loan, that is my own opinion

guy forget about the share certificate because, if u want to access loan from any banks ur share certificate is just a collateraland banks need u to have atleast operate a current account with them for 6 months.and the volume of transaction in ur account.
the kind of loans u can have access to ur share worth divided by 3.that is if the worth is 90k then u only have access to about 30k.
is that clear ,don't bother urself on this loan rather sell the share to do whatever u want to do with the money
