My celtel line (mms settings) refuses to download files greater than 200kb. Please what do I do to rectify this problem? My phone make and model is Nokia 5200.

i have even the latest ultrasurf 9.1,but whenever i try to download with zain"file is too large" (although with firefox. i guess i didn't add the wjbutton to my add on in the firefox).i prefer my own way of downloading/bypassing to that ultrasurf stuff.
