lordi, the issue is not so much about the style of play, its about the poor strikers we have at the moment and the low spirits of the team.

this same team beat Reading 4 - 0 and all the other large scores, the problem lies more with the low morale and the atrocious finishing of ali and baptista, coupled with the midfield not contributing goals.

Imagine in the prem this yr, Henry has 4 goals, and he hasn't played since February!! all the other folk have 1 goal a piece, the only one I wont blame is Adebayor, he still shows hunger and commitment to the Arsenal cause.

nuff said, an improvement is needed, or else there will be trouble.

Adebayor will definitely start on Saturday, the question is who will partner him - Ali or Baptista?

Ali may be a poorer finisher, but lets not forget, all the goals that Bap shined with were all created by Ali. I would prefer him to partner Adebayor, he is fast and intelligent, and most importantly, he has a good first touch. if he creates, Ade will finish off.

we dont really have a choice now but to use what we've got. Ade and Ali - bench Baptista, and both of them should leave Arsenal in the summer.

of all those you named, (good thing you said rumors) Gilberto definitely isnt leaving, and all the rest can go, we'll survive well without them in fact we NEED to get rid of some mediocre talent like Ali and Baptista, so true talent can shine at the club.

Vieira's era is long gone, no other single player (except maybe T14, and his influence is different) holds so much over the Arsenal side anymore.
