A few thoughts about how you can pertake and someone can add to that pls

(1) Avoid what you kow is not right/good or any sinful acts. Reflect your past and seek for forgiveness
(2) Increase your efforts towards good deeds to all around you eg charity and charitable acts.
(3) Pray to your God to guide you towards the right path and be sincere at this.
(4) You can pertake in the fast from dusk to dawn.
(5) Pray for yourself, your family, community, country and humanity as a whole. You can do this in any language and at any place.
