Dont be decieved,them fit dey sell fake there,or low in quality phones. And even their prices are too xpensive,the phone wey i price there,i get am 3k cheaper for another place

what is the exact problem you have with the phone you bought from them?
slot has been known for original products when my friend was their accountant for about 3yrs, but i can say if they have suddenly compromised quality for quantity.

in 2006 when i bought my 6680 i experienced something similar to yours.
this is message i got "phone start-up failed.Contact retailer"which lead to returning of the phone twice and they flash the phone and it works well.Until i discovered i was the phone problem.
