Hello all. Please i would know if this design is ok for a social networking site. I'd like to know -If its too flashy -to colorful -how good is the layout and background -etc

It's good, but the background doesnt fit in, I mean the flame thing and the gray color. One suggestion is using a color that blends with blue as a gradient in the bakground or leaving it white, or probably very light blue like #fafafa, #f2f4fa or something similar |

I quite agree with Kehers. The BG no follow. Also I think you should extend the bottom left div (Use wiserace to) below the ajax tabs to fit with the width of the column. |

I'll say::::::::::::: change the BG of that flaming thang to something other than that colour, if it pleases ur eyes, then u can show it to us again. |
