• Minimum of a good first degree
• Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience

POSITION 2: MAINTENANCE MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accountable for the proactive /reactive and preventive maintenance of the property
• Set and Control budget
• Order equipment
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors
• Supervise external contractors
• Responsible for the health and safety of employees and clients
• Facilitate project maintenance with particular reference to refurbishments
• Effectively manage the maintenance department

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

B. Sc/ HND in Engineering ( Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)

WORK EXPERIENCE:

At least 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years within the hospitality industry



TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Project management skills an added advantage

WORK EXPERIENCE:
