hello guys, i have something i want to archive, how do i extract a video file, and use it in a print design i mean extracting a particular scene in the video and use that scene for a print design, i got a clue, does anyone has a software i can use to convert to AVI ? or MP3 ? |

If you mean grab still pictures from a video, then VLC player is good for you. http://www.videolan.org It is a free open source tool that has a function called 'snapshot' that saves frames to different image formats. The next step would be to deinterlace the video frame as most video formats are interlaced footage. (In photoshop go to >Filters>Video>Deinterlace) Then you should be good to go. N.B: Your video source has to be high quality to get a usable frame. |
