hey! PHC is not as bad as we hear on TV. i was there earlier this year for like 4 months. i was doing my IT at Multisoft Consulting Ltd, 206 aba rd, rumuola. (it's an accounting software company) All through my stay, i never saw any 'instances' of militants. all you see around are the military guys on patrol ie JTF (Joint Task Force). Militants hide in thick forests and not in the main city. they are not like 'agberos' or area boys in lagos that you see in every corner of the streets
