Nigerian ministers are encouraging civil servants to wear African dress at work every Friday instead of western clothes.

It is hoped this will instil national pride and promote Nigerian culture; but in Kenya's parliament, a suit and tie are compulsory for men and traditional dress is frowned upon.

Do you have a national dress policy and does it work? Would you wear traditional attire to work? What do you like to wear and why?
