I am not happy with the ideas of losing more than 5 months of worthy data. Does not that mean Nairaland does not do a periodic backup of the site? I hope those 5 months of data can be restored at a later date... because that is more than disruptions of various discussions... Hajji Mufutau |

Is it that Nairaland did not have any Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) in place. This would have enabled them recover within at least 2 hrs after the attack. Nairaland is too big to go offline for days because of hacker attack. Please sit up. You can do better with the technology options now. |
