if ur clearance form dey ogbomoso, I'll advice u ask sum1 to hlp u sign @ d dept (HOD's signature column) cos na after dt u go go bursary nd bursary no go attend to u if HOD neva sign. Nd if bursary neva clear u, u cnt proceed to d other 2 offices. U Sabi as Lautech be na? Cn b very unpredictable.
