I already said in my earlier post, if you think you would spend less than 4k to pick up Ur letter, you don't have to pay the money! If you know you would be spending more than 4k to go and pick Ur letter then you should rather pay the 4k to save you the stress. Me mushin guy go con pay one yeye money wen be say I go still go back to skul to collect statement of result cus its part of d Nysc requirement.. Paying 4k is just a wasting of money as for me oooo since I still have to go back to skul for statement of result.. Moreover my town to my skul is just #500 tru & flo if I enter sole bus
