Confidence Ben (Born on February 28, 1984), in calabar, a residential and commercial area of Lagos State of Nigeria, Known by his stage name Benguitar, is a Nigerian R & B, Makosa, Rock Music, Worship Songs, Reggae, a song writer and Music Composer, love Guitar musical instrumental.

Benguitar hails from Anong Village in Cross River State, Nigeria. He came from polygamous family, the family of Mr. Igbo Boniface and Mrs. Comfort Ifere. His father married three wives, his mother is the third wife, she gave birth to nine children’s four boys, Benguitar is the second position.

Education:

He attended Wahaah Folawiyo High School Ikoyi. He later went to Lagos State Polytechnic.
He continues his education career at Olabisi Onabanjo University where he studies Business Admin with a Higher Diploma (HD).

Musical Career:

Confidence Ben, popularly known as BENGUITAR, is a Nigerian Gospel artiste, R & B, Makosa, Rock, Reggae, a song writer and Music Composer, and plays Guitar musical instrumental.

BENGUITAR started his music career as a youth choir in RCCG in the year 2004, from where he went on to establish himself as one of the major vocalists in the mass choir. This resulted in him being a regular feature in the annual event and has performed at different concerts round in Nigeria.

He released his promo album ‘Ekuise Baba’ in June, 2014.
