I'm asking this question cause I noticed that lately no trader in Nigeria ever has change. Whether you're paying for transport or you're buying a car in cash just forget your change. Then secondly it has been ages I came across the clean version of these notes. The ones I usually see are always scraggy and old. If they've stop printing these notes can someone tell us why? |
