Daily Star Eliaquim Mangala is set to turn down a move to Manchester City as he is holding out for Chelsea to come in and sign him.Daily Star Aston Villa boss Paul Lambert has warned off potential suitors for star men Ron Vlaar and Fabian Delph. Daily Star Tottenham, West Ham and Swansea are chasing Bosnia and Herzegovina’s young star Muhamed Besic. Daily Star Sunderland will not give up their chase to sign Swansea captain Ashley Williams and will up their offer. Daily Star Dejan Lovren could go on strike in a bid to force through a move from Southampton – he is angry after two bids from Liverpool were turned down. The Sun Chelsea keeper Petr Cech is subject of a tug of war between Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain. The Sun Arsenal are in talks to sign Newcastle defender Mathieu Debuchy.
