Hello fellow Nairalanders. Please, I need your help with some answers to this question. Being that Online Educational Programmes (like Degree, Masters Degree and PhD) are somewhat unconventional in Nigeria, are certificates obtained through that mode of study really acceptable here should one obtains any from any renown foreign University that offers such programmes (online) as does the University of Nicosia in Cyprus, for example? Thanks in anticipation. |
