Rivers state has been the worst state to be governed by criminals since almost 16 yrs now..... How many parts of River state or Portharcourt do they have public water running, all the public water in other LGAs and Romte villages are provided by Oil Coys and NDDC,,....Amaechi is a thief!!!

This is disheartening..must every successive govrnment in the state take loans to provide the state with nonexistent water?...Peter Odili did with a South African firm & the taps ran dry in return.
Equally troubling is the culture of impunity pervading the state..the legislators sit & make laws in record speed from the Government House (Amaechi's office).
A similar trend is ying itself out at the Edo state House of Assembly.....All these anomalies in APC...controlled progressive states....smh

Please isn't it criminal and hyopocritical for any group of persons to claim to be exercising lawmaking powers in Rivers State taking cognizance of the fact that the House of Representative had in the wake of the imbriglio involving Amaechi, his ADC, Chidi Ilyod, Evans Bibi & co, taken over the said task. The government in Nigeria at all levels -- local, state and federal is the worst, most insensitive, callous, greedy, hedonistic, selfish and corruption in the entire world. I'm getting fed up of Nigeria by the day. How long will corruption thrive unabated? Some inherently corrupt politicians and their equally inherently corrupt ministers and their cohorts are going to line their already swollen pockets with the $200 Million loan when it's released to them. By the way, why would any credible banking institution lend money to Nigeria or any state in it knowing fully well that our government is naturally corrupt, and that whatever loan that is granted to it would most probably not be used for the purpose it was granted in the first place?
