I think it depends on what ur values are. U need to discover urslf nd know what u really want from life. Vitualised urslf in 5, 10, 15 yrs time on both jobs and see whr u are likelly to have some sense of fulfilmnt, while still having a passion to go further. I hope this helps u to think out a solution.
