Hi All,
It will be good to get this on the forum. I have my temporary house project going , I call it temporary because I will start up a second duplex when am done with this . So the plan is to stay on this one and start up the second phase.
The land was acquired at N1.7 per plot - 2 plots was bought .
Paid omonile family 150,000 as the foundation levy for one plot to enable me commence the work. I must say here dekingsa project was the ginger factor for me, I like his concept I just modify it bit. I am casting the lintel today but am at work, my kid brother on site overseeing this.
I started the project June 14 and thank God so far for the journey we have covered n for speed n resources to go the whole hog.
Due to work I might not be able to respond to queries/ updates as soon as I would have like to so please bear with me.
I will be uploading the pictures step step
