Victor Anichebe has
backed Brown Ideye to regain
his place in the national team
after joining West Bromwich
Albion in a record-breaking
move, Kick Off Nigeria reports.
Ideye joined West Brom from
Ukrainian giants Dynamo Kyiv
for a record fee at the
weekend and his compatriot
and new club mate, Anichebe,
who has been with the
Baggies for over a year now,
has tipped him to excel.
Anichebe insisted that Ideye's
missing out on Nigeria's World
Cup squad will motivate him to
work harder to get back into
the Super Eagles set-up.
