Got the info from a staff, even the graduate trainee which they wrote exam for last year, they stopped it along the way.

Which of the graduate trainee are you talking about? A set is currently on training. If the person you know ain't in HR DEPT. he or she won't know much. They don't trash applications just like that it takes some time but surely they will call for test or interview. if you qualify and meet their criteria, the embargo on their employment will be lifted it can't be forever
