For every Star there is a mentor, a driving force an Inspirational factor that drives them to be outstanding in their works. For some it may be the circumstances surrounding them example Poverty aka ‘Sufferhead’, Family help either prayer or financial benefit ‘Help na help’ while for others it is the extra original works of other individuals, that is the level of swagger or packaging’ wey person give him’ product. In totality ‘he go take ‘person to start car before car go move. Example ‘we no go get’ Dorobucci if not for Donjazzy, Koko concept not for Dbanj, Kevin Hart but for Think like a man ‘abi na like woman sef’ I know not. The truth ‘be say’ the coming out of every star is influenced by the actions of a Mega super star. As such ‘I go discuss’ on the top ten Nigerian mentors and their mentees or influences, covering five major strata of the society in this order Music, Literary Works, Sports, Politics and Business.

1. Innocent Ujah Idibia aka Tu face
- He is one of the most successful and acknowledged hip hop artists in Africa. He was a former member of plantashun boys until ‘he go solo’ as he said in his song. 3. Albert Chinualumogu

5. Augustine Azuka "Jay-Jay" Okocha(Midfielder Magician or Soccer God)
- Jay jay is arguably the best footballer ever from Nigeria. He is the most underrated, overrated, dynamic, goal scoring player ever in the history of African football. ‘He be the’ only Nigerian player ‘wey fit’ dribble every player to score a goal, ‘as players no fit stop am’. Okocha is one of the rare players who played in big matches as if he was playing on the training pitch. 6. Blessing Okagbare
- Blessing Okagbare born 9 October 1988, is a Nigerian track and field athletes who is well known for her success story in long jumping and short sprints. He died on the 26th November 2011, and until his passing, he was the chairman for the Alliance Progressive Party. He was a mentor to several notable individuals such as Dame Virgy Etiaba ( former governor of anambra state) and present governor of Anambra ,Governor Peter Obi .

8. Gani Fawehinmi
-Fawehinmi, popularly known as Gani, was born on 22 April 1938, into the Fawehinmi family of Ondo, and died on the 5th of September 2009 at the age of 71.Cheif Abdulganiyu Fawehinmi oyesola was a Nigerian author, philanthropist, human and civil right lawyer and social critic, and Senior Advocate of Nigeria. ‘He be fire fighting lawyer’ and human right activist ‘wey stand for’ the truth no matter the cost and made sure he lived each day fighting all the ‘yama yama’ and injustice ‘wey dey the’ country. ‘He be person wey no gree’ or send person, and ‘go always speak him’ mind through the eyes of the common man. ‘As he dey do’ all this good work ‘he carry’ plenty people ‘join body’ including Festus Keyamo, Former NLC leader Adams Oshomole and Former EFCC chairman Nuru Ribadu. 9. Aliko Dangote
- Aliko Dangote, was born in Kano, on the 10th of April year 1957.his grand father, the late Alhaji Sanusi Dantata provide ‘am with’ small money to start business. ‘he start him business for’ Kano in 1977 where ‘he been dey sell’ cement and building supplies and ‘come move’ to Lagos for better market,to continue and expand his business coverage. He is considered one of the richest men in Africa in fact the no 1 by Forbes magazine. He is a source of inspiration to both young and old entrepreneurs.

10. Mike Adenuga Jr
-Mike Adenuga Jr was born on April 29, 1953 to Chief Michal Agbolade Adenuga a school teacher and Mrs Juliana Oyindamola Adenuga a buisnees woman. He is considered the rich man in Oyo State and the number 2 man ‘wey get money’ for nigeria. Methods of approaching your mentors.

• Put your work out there .
• Be extremely good at what you do. Do not settle for anything less than perfection and you will get recognized.
• Be sociable and approachable. You cannot find anyone by sitting in one spot, move around with the right people and present friendly attitude.
• Be active on social media, follow these your mentors on social media , because most times you do not get to meet them one on one. Especially for u na wey get mike adenuga as mentor as it be say dem say na spirit wey no like him privacy.
• Go for motivational programmes that you know your mentors will be present in.
