I love love opening ceremonies The ceremony was elaborate and visually exciting The aircraft formation was wooow  how did they get the fumes from the aircraft to be that colourful  The queen came bouncing in a wine coloured royce(I think)the car was actually bouncing she was looking elegant as always  Got to know so many new countries  The carribeans have some beautiful and tall people Nigeria's attire was nice  But what kinda dogs did they use to usher in country reps!! Ugly to me  Generally it was Spectacular 3 Likes |

Abuja and Glasgow was the remaining bidders, with Abuja seen as a likely favourite due to the basis of its campaign that an African nation has never before hosted the Commonwealth Games. Unfortunately, after some delegates voted, Glaglow took the lead with 47 against Abuja's 24 votes. probably next time for Abuja hopefully by then BH boys would had gone from our shore. 1 Like |
