Before buying make sure you read tens of testimonies..
Which means the must have a live/living thread
I have buy from 3 different Resellers and they are all real..
Secondly don't buy huge amount..
650 is not much, thank God you didn't send him much..
But why are some people wicked? Remember no peace for the wicked..

OP, Sorry for being a victim of scam here.

But I want to advise you next time to avoid deals that are too cheap to be true. A 500mb data resale costs N800 or N900. You should have suspected when he want to sell it for N650.
Secondly, I will advise that don't buy from a new seller with no positive reviews especially the one with a newly created Nairaland account. Scamming and Fraud is a big problem in Nigerian business dealings.
