TITLE : BETTER THAN BIRDS

TEXT:“Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth
them. Are ye not much better than
they?” Matthew 6:26(KJV)

One health condition that is silently claiming many lives today is stress. It has been rightly
called “the invisible disease”. You are exposed to it to certain degrees. A mild dose of it may do no harm and, may indeed help
you face challenges.

Often, stress stems from worry and anxiety, especially, about the
future. Our Lord Jesus Christ taught us a lesson on this subject. “Take therefore no thought for the morrow....” He said. In
modern language, “have no anxiety for the future”. Yes, plan and prepare well, but have
no anxiety.

In the main Scripture above,
Christ draws your attention to the birds which do not labour as you do but depend on God for the provision of their daily needs.
If you are tempted to get anxious about emerging challenges, why not trust your heavenly Father who takes care of the birds?
He will take care of you.

Challenge: Never you put a question mark on God’s ability.

Prayer:Father, give me unwavering faith to trust you for my needed supplies.
