Gtbank is one of the top new generation banks that has changed the face of banking in Nigeria. If that is all we have to say for not been able to do reliable banking, it is unfortunate. Is this Gtbank off-line or no-network slogan a norm in Nigeria? Since 7a.m today(31st, Julý, 2014 in Nigeria) no ATM or online functionality. The point is that anyone without alternative is stranded! It's so disgusting that the bank cannot do proper banking in relating to customer-care, no alert of down-time and no apology. This is typical of Nigerian banks. Who do we blame? The national structure that created room for exploitation or the country men that put irresponsible leadership in place? I am aghast as this is fast becoming a tradition we are passing to generation to come. It must stop, institutions must be made responsible! Gtbank must pay damage, apologise or at least summon on this negligence.

Same with UBA. Same experience with them
