Please kindly assist, my Infinix Hotnote goes into hybernation while i am receiving or dialing a call, and it stays that way for close to 10 - 15 mins, and comes back on again , within this period the phone is active and i am completely shot out from the phone.

Please, my infinix X506 got an update this morning and I tried to update it, after downloading the update n I tried updating, the update fails and gets aborted. I know its because i am rooted..... please is there a way of installing the update I have tried going thru my CWM recovery and its still same story
