He'll be 16 next year september. And do Nigerian universities follow that "under 16" rule? I've seen a couple of 14 looking peeps in school. I've heard stories too.

FYI, this is my 2nd jamb after I was denied admission last year because of wrong jamb combination and it has been UI. Smh
