WHILE WE SHOULD TAKE FULL PRECAUTIONS AGAINST THE DISEASE, remember PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE especially where there is no cure. May Allah s.w.t SAVE US.

And I am told we are to say a lot of it at this time

اللهم إني أعوذ بك من البرص والجنون والجذام وسائر الآسقام

Allahumma inni 'aodhubika minal barsi, wal junooni, wal juzaami, wa saair-il-asqaam

narrated anas ibn malik, "the Prophet :saw: used to say 'o Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from leprosy, madness, elephantiasis, and evil diseases." [ abu dawud, book 8, hadith 1549]
