The US has refused to give the experimental drug "ZMapp" to African Countries saying that they don't yet know its side effects . But it is noteworthy to state the fact that American aid workers who contracted the disease in Liberia were given an unapproved medicine and they didn't die.
Is this wickedness?

If d patient still dies, it becomes d drug that killed and not the virus and so it is declared a chemical weapon against Africa...
