I eat only twice a day. Sometimes, once a day if I so desire even though I can afford to eat even ten times a day. I am not a food glutton so I am not one to keep eating all the time as if the entire world is coming to an end tomorrow.

Cooked meal/Vegetable: Min 1, Max 2. Water 3 to 4 big bottles(Swan, Eva or Nestle PureLife only). Fruits: 2 to 4 apples, Papaya and Banana. No alcohol or beverages of any kind. In another news, a 30 mins of good early morin sex won't be a bad idea.

In school.....1 time....either 001 or 100 or 010 per day

OP your question is a bit vague. Do you mean the frequency(ie the number of plates) or intervals. Cos some folks here claiming that they eat once in day eat three plates of food @ a time.

So to answer your question. I don't really count the stuff. It all depends on the availability of food and how busy I am.

Omo a typical nigerian home does not knowwhere theior next meal will come from....see boys n gyals these days na streets oo joint dem dey take wack.....somedey do O O 1 some dey do 1O 1 Some dey do 111 some dey do O 1 O na so....these days
