I used hydrocortisone, it reduced the 80% of the pimples and made me 2 shades lighter and also gave me dark spots(i don't recommend it to those who are not desperate). U would start noticing changes in the 2nd month or so. It's a very very powerful cream and sometimes only sold with prescription(From a dermatologist). Please use one cream @ a time for the sake of your face. Retin-A should be around 1k or so, depending on where u purchase it
