How do I upload my ordinary passport with name written at d back (online). The Affidavit of sponsor and Sponsorship declaration was taken to court 2day by my sponsor to b notarized, they signed and stamped Affidavit of sponsor bt they didn't do anything to Sponsorship declaration (said their is no need since d affidavit has been stamped). Is dis the way its done?

Medical call on 13th August

The name at the back is not necessary but u could scan the front and back of the passport, merge and upload
