Today is public Holiday in Delta State,this is to enable the populace to go and collect their permanent Voter's Card/Register. Observation,the State Government,National Orientation Agency and INEC should do their work properly by educating the populace, people will be stranded today when they get to the bank or Government Establishments to perform one transaction or the other.Majority of people in Delta State are not aware of the Public Holiday.
