samlestic: wot about d referee forms? since its after admission u are required to submit them and it therefore means that whether or not they are signed by a professor, it does not enhance ur admission possibility. can i give them to any lecturer or any professional to sign them? i hope u understand wot i mean? pls ur reply is needed ASAP... tnx

donoz: I have also applied and forwarded my transcript. I was confused abt d referee issue till I went to Uniben PG school to make inquiry on dat. I was told dat submission of referee form will be done afta admission have bin offered.
I was in uniben just yesterday, to submit my reference form. it was accepted in the office of the secretary to the school of postgraduate studies. it was even unsealed right before me and added with others.

This is getting confusing, are we to submit the reference form ourselves and is it b4 admission or after admission? How are we to know when our transcripts has been received by the Pgschool?

I bliv u can go to d office to confirm d delivery of ur transcript. and abt reference, d man didnt say anything abt submission after admission.

u knw it's an academic programme not job, so it's necessary u use lecturers bt not compulsorily ur dept lecturers nor necessarily professors, but it's advisable u use lecturers wit status of "lecturer 1" and above.
I will alsp advise u use lecturers who can talk about ur academic standard and character.

Sist try n follow d thread, I hav posted earlier its 120k. Also those of u saying its afta admission b4 u submit ur Ref. form. I will advise u go n submit now cos I cant rememba wen dey changed it. During my time we were requested to submit as soon as u are thru wit ur online application,not afta admission.

Reference form were submitted after Admission for 2013/2014 session...if you look for uniben postgraduate 2013/2014 trend on nairaland and go through the posts. But change is inevitable shall.

For those planning to go to Benin,don't bother
anymore.I went to great Uniben yesterday to submit
mine but I saw an announcement pasted on the notice
board of the PG school.
It reads
"Please Note that only admitted students would be
required to submit a copy of their application
form,referree form.
Transcript should be sent to the Secretary School of
Post Graduate Studies P.M.B 1184,Ugbowo benin
City,Edo State."
So it means that all you need to do now is to submitt
online and then forward your transcript through your
University.
When they give you admission,you will be contacted
via your mail.
I went to the bursary to make enquiries as regards
school fees but didn't meet the personb in charge
(friday things).But I asked some of the people I met
there to give me an Idea.From the replies I got,it's from
100,000 and above!.So make una begin ginger your
swagaa.
I wanted to get some pix but my phone battery was not
in the mood.I hope to do so when next I go.I fell inlove
with the school immidiately I stepped in.Enough
noise,plenty activity .

Go to first bank and buy cash either verve or MasterCard, visa card is not accepted. The card is 1k, then change ur pin in their ATM, come back to d bank, fill teller for the amount for payment and pay, they will load it for u.

Login and pay. Good luck
