At Facebook we're at the center of these two trends with more than 100 million people actively using Facebook from their mobile device and with more than 200 mobile operators in 80 countries offering and promoting Facebook Mobile.

Our network providers have tried to allow thia and they got their fingers burnt.

Most likely the mobile view unless you put it into a desktop site. What device are you using to access it? A Desktop/Laptop/Mobile?

On Laptop did https://m.facebook.com and https://www.facebook.com work? Thats just the regular mobile facebook and desktop/laptop facebook.

non worked, it'll only connected(as shown @ the left corner) but doesn't browse.
