The Militarization Of US Police Force - Femi Oke by bajaomoniyi(m): 1:58pm On Aug 20, 2014
According to the reports of Femi Oke of Al Jazeera, the United states Police not only dress and look too much like the Army, their fighting tactics also resembles that of the countries Military. Hundreds of people in Ferguson where a protest is currently going on due to the killing of a boy named Michael Brown have just this to say, 'Police are using military tactics to fight back protesters'. The sight of Police in military gear/s is unfamiliar to US citizens, and for sure the Law makers in the US don't see this as something bad, to them this will make the Police force even much more stronger...
