Please when did they send u the personality test mail..when were u called? Cos i was called twice and i was told de wil get back to me shortly.uptil now nothing yet.Infact i got a third call by them but i told them i hv bn called in the last two wiks.d lady equaly told me dsame tyn as d former.

for the CBT its basically typing and listening, u ll first do the listening test were u ll put on a head Phne listen to a customers complaint and fill d details, u would b shown an example for dat though and u will also b given a practice test before d main test. 2nd will b typing test try to practice using www.typingtest .com, type wat u c put all d commas, fullstops, etc. use typing test dats d format dey use too.Most importantly b calm. All d best

Just be good with your typing(speed and accuracy) and also your listening skill, that's all... goodluck...
