Diamond Bank DSE Job Modern Day Slavery. by Tinablack: 8:30am On Aug 21, 2014 |
I just got this Sms from a friend who works with Diamond bank but as a contract marketing staff. From Management;Going forward, DSEs will not be eligible to earn commissions/bonuses when ?they willingly resign their appointment or they are deemed culpable in fraudulent activities and returned to the outsourcing vendor. However, where a DSE is returned to the outsourcing vendor by the bank for under performance, such DSE will enjoy such commissions/bonuses until it expires. Ensure you inform your colleagues, thanks" During recruitment, it was categorically stated that even after resignation, you are still entitled to your commission for the period six months since the job is 90% based on commission. But it beats me that Diamond banks sole aim is to drive their contract staffs as slaves and even after resignation you do not benefit from your hours of walking under the sun. Contract employment in banks is just modern day slavery. 4 Likes |
