It will not fly. A wilder is having fantasy I guess:
1. There is not aerodynamics in that conjuncture. It will basically drag (which will exhaust the propelling force from the back). If it stops, it falls. In this case, it will not even leave the ground.
2. The quantity of metal on that small structure is so much. The gas-cylinder even without the weight of the pilot is enough to anchor a ship.
3. The fan blade at the back is small and cannot product sufficient thrust.
4. The tapoline at the top (wing) cannot hold the weight. It has no control the pilot can hold on to. The pole at the centre is useless, the wing has no hold on the "plane" at the front or back.
5. The entire "plane" will be spinning midair. It has no tail with a vertical wing to keep the object steady and expel the spin generated from the propellers.
